Piano - Intermediate Composed by Friedrich Kuhlau Edited by Lynn Freeman Olson. Alfred Masterwork Edition. Classical; Masterwork. Alfred Music Published by Alfred Music AP. Very much like a Scherzo, the burlesque style of this piece suggests musical humor, in light, dance-like classical patterns very typical of Kuhlau's piano works. It is written in A-minor, with melodic scale work, grace notes, and a finger-pedaled broken chord accompaniment.

After his lesson, he said he had more fun playing this piece than playing video games. He played it for a performance class and everybody loved it too. I have been playing piano for seven years and I am thirteen. I will play this piece for recital and I really like it.
I would recommend it to anyone who has played piano for six or seven years. I am 15 and have been playing piano for 8 years now. This piece challenged me but was still simple enough to learn without getting frustrated. This is a very neat piece of music and it's very fun to play.
